Ingredients
* Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped * Grapes, .25 cup, seedless * Garlic, 1 clove * Spinach, fresh, .5 package
Directions
Spray cooking oil onto warmed skillet add garlic and shallots saute until tender add the grapes and spinach with a tablespoon of water. Cover till wilted.
