Baked Falafel

Ingredients
1 can Chickpeas, drained2 tbsp plain flour1 tsp baking powder4 cloves garlic1/2 an onion, sliced2tsp cuminlemon zestsaltpepper
Directions
blitz all ingredients in a blender. Leave in fridge to set for an hour or so. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet in the oven at 200c for 10 minutes, turn and cook for another 5.
