Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
cooked and shredded chicken breast (9oz)cheddar cheese 1/2 Cenchilada sauce 1 can ( 500 grams)green chili 1 canReduced fat sour cream 1/2 Ctortillas 8 (7-8 in diameter)
Directions
put chicken in a mixing bowl and add 1/4 can of enchilada sauce, green chili, sour cream and 1/4 cup of cheese.

Cover tortillas with paper towel and heat in microwave.

Place chicken mixture in tortilla and wrap like a burrito placing seam side down on a 9x13 pan. Pour remainder of enchilada sauce and top with remainder of cheese.

Bake at 350 for 20 min or until cheese is melted.

Serves 8 (serving size one enchilada)

Top with shedded lettuce and salsa if desired
