Broccoli Craisin Salad

Ingredients
8 cups chopped broccoli1/2 cup dried cranberries1/4 cup sunflower kernels3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled3 Tbsp olive oil3 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar2 Tbsp Splenda
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, and cranberries. In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, and splenda; drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Chill until serving. Sprinkle with bacon and sunflower kernels.
