JOgurtu ar pukjkapostu un olas dzeltenumu sablendere vai kaartigi saspaida, olu baltumus saputo lidz iegust stingru masu. Pukjkaposta masu saliek cepamaja traucinja un uzmanigi pievieno klat sakultos olu baltumus.
Liek cepeshkrasni un cep 180°C 30-40 min vai lidz augsha ir bruuna. Krasni lieki nevirinat, citadi masa var sakristies!!
