Grilled Peanut Butter & Banana Split Sandwich

Directions
2 slices of bread (I used Orowheat 100% whole wheat)1 tsp butter spray (such as I can't believe its not butter)1 tbs peanut butter ( I used extra crunchy but you can use smooth)2 tsp honey1 hershey kiss - I used a knife to "shred" it into pieces to sprinkle1 large strawberry sliced thin1/2 banana sliced lenthwise into 3(original recipe called for pineapple jam but I didn't include)
spray one side of each piece of bread
combine peanut butter & honey and spread on un-buttered side. Sprinkle with chocolate, top with strawberries and banana. Assemble sandwich and cook 1-2 min per side in a skillet over medium high heat.
Serving Size: Makes 1 sandwich
