Quick and Easy Potato Salad

Ingredients
3 cans of sliced potatoes, drained1 cup chopped sweet onion1/2 cup bell pepper (green, red, yellow or mixture)1 1/2 tbsp. yellow mustard1 cup Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dresing
Directions
Drain sliced potatoes in a colindar using cold water. Let potatoes dry. In a bowl, add the next four ingredients and mix thoroughly. When potatoes are dry cut them into pieces and add them to the mixture. Fold in gently. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Note: You may garnish the top of mixture with sliced bell pepper rings.
