Loaded Cauliflower

Ingredients
Cauliflower, raw, 2 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cheddar Cheese, 8 oz , gratedCream Cheese, 8 oz Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup Hormel Bacon Bits, 4 tbsp (or fresh bacon, cooked and chopped)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
10 servings (more or less)
Steam cauliflower, drain, mash.
Add cheeses, scallions, chopped bacon, salt and pepper.
Place in oiled 8x11 pan.
Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes.
Eat it up, yum!
