Socca, Tomato Basil

Ingredients
2 cups of BRM all purpose flour (garbanzo bean based)1/2 tsp salt2 sun-dried tomatos3 basil leaves2 cups of water3 tbsp Olive Oilolive oil to brush onto pizza stone
Directions
Pre-heat oven and clean pizza stone to 425 degrees F

blend salt and flour in bowl...set aside
In separate bowl whisk together remaining ingredients

Add 1/2 cup of the flour mix to water ...whisk...repeat 4 times
Should have a nice runny pancake batter

Brush pizza stone with Olive Oil
pour 1/3 cup of batter onto center of stone
bake 2 min
flip bread bake 2 more min for soft texture
for crispy Socca, bake additional 1 min on each side or till desired crispiness

If you prefer you can bake in a cast iron pan or fry stove top
