Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 yellow onion chopped up1 lb ground turkey or beef2 16 oz cans black beans1 16 oz can rinsed kidney beans1 16 oz can yellow corn1 16 oz can tomato sauce1 packet taco seasoning
Directions
Cook the onions and ground meat until meat is cooked in a large pot. Add black beans (with juice), kidney beans (rinse), corn (with juice), tomato sauce, and taco seasoning. Stir. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stiring occasionally.

Can be served with cheese, sour cream, chips.

Other variations are to add tomatoes, hot and spicy taco seasoning, more corn or use all he same kind or different variations of beans.
