Curried Pumpkin Bisque

Ingredients
1C. finely chopped onion14.5 oz can reduced sodium, fat free chicken broth15 oz can pumpkin2&1/2 tsp splenda for baking (or sugar as in original recipe)1/2 tsp curry1C fat free half & half1 TBSP butter (or use light margerine as in original recipe)
Directions
Heat pan ove medium & coat with nonstick spray, add & cook onion about 4 min. Add broth, pumpkin, & curry. blend well, bring to boil, then reduce heat & simmer 20 min.

Remove from heat & stir in remaining ingredients.

Serving Size: Makes 4 equal servings, but I divided it into only 3
