Balsamic Crab Apple Salad

1 Head Iceburg Lettuce, chopped1 Large Apple, chopped1 Medium Red Onion, sliced1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced2 Vine-Ripened Red Tomatoes, chopped1 Cup Carrots, sliced3 oz Reduced Fat Feta, crumbled8 oz Chunk Imitation Crab, choppedBalsamic Basil Dressing to taste (approx 2 tbs per serving)
Chop the imitation crab meat into bite-size pieces, and set aside. Prepare your vegetables, chopping the lettuce, apple, onion, tomato, mushroom, and carrot. Mix together in a large bowl, sprinkling the imitation crab over the top. Crumble the feta over the crab, and toss with balsamic basil dressing. Optional: add a splash of apple cider vinegar for a little extra zing!
