Crustless Quiche w/Pork, Onion, Chiles

Ingredients
1/2 onion, chopped1 tbs butter/olive oil1/2 c pork tenderloin, cooked and diced4 oz diced green chilessalt and pepper to taste1/2 c shredded cheese4 eggs1 1/2 c milk1 tbl butter, melted
Directions
Chopped onion, fried in butter/olive oil until brown and soft
Add leftover pork tenderloin, cubed, warmed
Diced Green chiles, warmed and liquid reduced
Bit of salt and pepper because there wasn't any when I originally cooked meat

Add this to 9" deep dish pie pan

Cover with shredded cheese

Beat 4 eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1 tbl butter (because I used 1% milk and it needs more fat going crustless) Think I'll add a dash of red pepper next time
Pour over meat/cheese

Bake 350 ~35 min, knife inserted on side comes out clean

Let sit 10 minutes
