Coco Berry Granola Bars

1/4 cup coconut oil & butter ghee (or use butter or just coconut oil)1/2 cup honey (or use maple syrup)1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)1/2 cup steviva blend & 2 tbsp molasses (or use 1 cup brown sugar)1 1/4 cups GF oats1 cup whole grain crisp rice cereal1 cup ribboned coconut1/2 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup pumpkin seeds1 1/2 cups chopped pecans1/2 cup freeze dried stawberries1/2 cup freeze dried raspberries
Combine first set of ingredients in a large saucepan. When the mixture is heated and bubbly add remaining ingredients. Stir until well coated. Let cook for a few minutes.
Pour into a 9x13 inch pan that has been lightly greased.
Chill slightly. Cut into bars.
Will stay good in an airtight container in the fridge for at least a couple of weeks.
