Crispy Kale Chips

Ingredients
1 bunch KaleOlive Oil to coatSalt to taste (it concentrates when baked)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Remove leaves from hard spine. Wash leaves. Rip into bite size pieces. Place in large plastic bag with oil and salt. Shake well. Bake on a sheet in single layer for 10 min. or until edges are crispy.

    These were very tasty- and I'm not a kale lover. Try to use fresh kale - I made 2 batches a week apart -the week old kale was way too strong flavored. - 4/7/11
