Corn meal pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup corn meal1 cup unbleached flour1 tsp kosher salt1.25 tsp b. soda1 tsp b powder2 cups lowfat buttermilk1 egg
Directions
stir dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
beat egg well.
add buttermilk and egg to dry mix and mix well.
pour 1/2 cup to lightly greased/oiled heated skillet.
