Egg Rolls-Ground Turkey

*Shaw's Cabbage & Carrot Mix, 3 cup *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz Scallions, raw, 6 tbsp chopped Ginger, ground, 1.5 tsp *Oyster Sauce, 1.33 tbsp egg white, fresh, 2 large *Maifun Rice Sticks, 2.5 oz softened according to package and chopped*Frieda's Egg Roll Wrappers (1 wrapper, 23 g), 15 serving *Peanut Oil, for frying
1. Toss cabbage with some salt and let sit for 20 mins..
Press cabbage gently to squeeze out excess moisture.
2. Combine cabbage with remaining filling ingredients in med bowl then let sit for 30min to 24hrs.
3. Place ~3tbs of filling onto egg roll wrapper~wrap tightly!
Moisten end of wrapper with water to seal.
4. Heat enough oil for FRYING to ~350F
5. Cook rolls about 3-4mins turning once during fry time.
6. Remove to paper towels to drain
