Avocado Salad Dressing

Ingredients
Avocados, Lemon Juice, Red Onion, Cilantro, Water, EVOO, Kosher Salt
Directions
Blend together avocado, lemon juice, red onion, cilantro, water, and salt. After that is well combined and smooth, stream in EVOO.

Serve over salad, chicken, enchiladas...anything you want to have a little Mexican flair.
