Big Tuna Salad Salad

Ingredients
1 Can (5 oz) tuna, water packed, drained1 small onion, diced1 stalk celery, diced1 tsp. yellow mustard2 T lite mayonnaise1/2 Apple, cored and diced2 C fresh romaine lettuce, shredded1 Roma tomato, cut in wedges Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine tuna, onion, celery, mustard, mayonnaise, and apple. Mix well.

2. Arrange lettuce on plate, top with a tuna mixture and tomatoes.

3. Serve and enjoy!
