Raspberry Dressing

Ingredients
2 Tbls - Red Raspberry Preserves2 Tbls - Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar4 Tbls - Olive Oil
Directions
Wisk ingredients together in a small bowl or shake in a closed container. You can also use sugar-free preserves to lower sugar content.

This dressing is great over spinach or romaine. Our favorite is spinach leaves, dried cranberries, pecans and fresh mushrooms.
