Slidog's Quick Bake Penne

1 can tomatoe sauce1 can diced tomatoes1/3 cup each of chopped onion,celery,green pepper1 tbs Italian spices2 1/4 cups dry Whole wheat penne 3/4 cup shreaded Mozzarella 3/4 cup fat free cottage cheese1 tbs garlic powder
preheat oven to 375 degs.
combine sauce, tomotoes. vegies and spices in sauce pan bring to boil and simmer while you get the penne cooked
boil penne for 7 mins. drain and rinse and place in your baking dish
I use a 3 quart covered baking dish
add the sauce mixture , and cheeses, stir and cover and bake for 30 mins at 375 degs.
