hamburger steak with mushroom beef gravy

1 lb. lean ground beef3 tsp. beef bullion granules, divided1 cup chopped onions1 cup sliced fresh mushroomsdash black pepper1/4 cup flour2 cups water
combine beef, onions 1 tsp. bullion, and black pepper. Shape into 6 equal sized patties. Fry each patty on both sides in a hot skillet until fully cooked and no longer pink. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same pan, brown sliced mushrooms and flour in hamburger grease. Add water and remaining bullion granules and wisk vigorously. Cook and stir on medium low heat until thick and bubbly. Serve gravy over steaks with mashed potatoes or rice.
