Perfect Pizza Crust or Bread Sticks

1Tbsp Active Dry Yeast1 Cup Warm Water2-1/2 Cups Bob's Red Mill Unbleached White Flour2 Tbsp Olive or other Vegetable Oil1 tsp Sugar1 tsp Salt
Combine flour, Salt and sugar in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, desolve yeast in water. Add oil and dry ingredients. Stir dough until tough, then knead on a lightly floured board until smooth and elastic. Form dough into small ball and place in a greased bowl. Cover bowl (I use a kitchen towel)and let dough rise until doubled (about 30+ minutes). Divide dough in half and pat with floured fingers or use a rolling pin to form two 12 inch circle. Pinch an edge around the crusts and place on cornmeal dusted baking sheets. Top as desired and bake in a preheated oven 450 fo 15-20 minutes.
To make bread sticks, follow directions until after rolling out the dough. Brush some melted (garlic) butter on top and sprinkle parmesean cheese on top. Use a pizza cutter and cut into strips. Place strips onto pan and bake at 350 for 15 min. My kids loved them!
