2 courgettes 1 aubergine 2 cloves of garlic1 large onion1 x tin of chopped tomatoes1 green peppertsp dried basilhandfull of cherry tomatoesback pepper
Directions
chop all the veg into equal chunks, mix all the ingredients and chuck into the slow cooker.
