Herb Rolls II

Ingredients

2 tsp yeast3/4 cp warm water1 1/2 tsp salt2 Tbl olive or corn oil5oz carrotts baby food3/4 cp warm unsweetened almond milk1 tbsp oatmeal2 tsp Italian seasoning1 tsp onion powder1 cp whole wheat (or other whole grain) flour3 cp white flour
Dissolve yeast in the warm water. You may add a tsp of sugar to help it rise faster.
-Mix next 4 ingredients, add to yeast mixture.
-Mix next 5 ingredients plus 2 cups of the white flour to the above. Mix well then add remaining white flour. Knead for 5-10 minutes until it has a smooth consistency, adding flour if necessary.
-Place in greased bowl, let rise until double.
-Form into small rolls, place in greased muffin tins or bread pans. Let rise until double.
-(If you're in a hurry, bypass the first rising and put the rolls into the pans to rise!)
-Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
-Makes 20-24 rolls
