Ingredients
6-8 oz fully cooked grilled chicken strips( i like fajita strips)2 cups frozen stir fry veggies3 tbsp teriyaki/ soy/ stir fry sauce
Directions
add cooking spray to pan and cook thawed chicken for about 5 minutes until heated through. add veggies and sauce and cook to desired tenderness. serve with rice or noodles if wanted (calories not added).
