Grilled Jerk Chicken Wings

Ingredients
28 chickn wings with skin removed1 tbsp allspice1 tbsp thyme2 tsp cayenne pepper1.5 tsp black pepper1.5 tsp sage3/4 tsp nutmeg3/4 tsp cinnamon2 tbsp garlic, minced1 tbsp splenda1/4 c. soy sauce3/4 c. white vinegar1/2 c. orange juicejuice of 1 lime1 jalapeno pepper, seeded1 bunch of green onions
Directions
In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients except wings. Process until well blended.

Marinate wings in the mixture for a minimum of 30 min.

Heat grill to medium heat. Baste wings twice while grilling.

Take remaining marinade and simmer in saucepan for 3-4 mins.

Turn frequently to cook evenly. Cook wings until thoroghly done.

Toss grilled wings with marinade and serve.

Serving = 4 pieces
