Cheesy Ham Potato Soup

Ingredients
6 Potatoes, cubed4 cups Water1/4 cup Butter6 Celery stalks, dicedSkim Milk, 1 cup Whole Milk, 1 cup 1/4 small Onion diced1 cup Ham, diced Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 6 oz shredded
Directions
Place potatoes, onion, celery, and water in soup pan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 20-30 min or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Mash potatoes with fork to desired consistency then add remaining ingredients. Cook for an additional 5 min or until warmed through.

**notes**
You can reduce calories further by using lite margarine and all skim milk, however I like it with some fat in it because it is creamier.
**If you like a thicker soup, only put enough water in pan to cover potatoes. Just be sure to watch and add more if needed as they cook to prevent burning.
