Ingredients
4 Egg Whites85 g Cherry Tomatoes20 g Purple Onion10 g Jalapeno pepper2 Tbs Cilantro1 Tsp - Tbs Lime Juice (Taste)30 g Avocado 1 Tbs Olive OilSea Salt to TasteFresh Ground Pepper
Directions
Make salsa combining halved tomatoes, chopped purple onion, diced jalapeno, one Tbs cilantro and lime juice to taste.

Next, cook the egg whites in olive oil and season with salt and fresh pepper to taste. Top with the sliced avocado and remaining Tbs of cilantro.
