Ingredients
Wheat bran, crude, 1 cup (remove)1 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 Cup Raisins1 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Baking Soda1 cup Milk, nonfat1/2 Cup Molasses1/2 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce1 small apple - raw fruit with skin1/2 cup Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped2 Tbsp. Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil2 Eggs, beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
In a bowl, combine & mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine & mix wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just moistened. Spoon into greased muffin tin cups. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
