Fat Free Potato Soup

Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes6 cups chicken broth OR 6 cups water and 2 T boullion powder1 cup chopped onion1 cup shredded carrot6 cups milk1/2 cup corn starch or ultra gel1 T sea salt1/2 t black pepper
Directions
Peel and cube the potatoes. Place in large sauce pan with broth and cook on high. Add carrots and onions. Cook until potatoes are tender. Combine 4 cups of the milk and the corn starch in a blender and blend well. Pour into broth mixture and cook until thickened. Add salt, pepper, and remaining 2 cups of milk, or until desired consistency is reached.
