Chicken Marinade for Gyros or just as seasoning

3/4 C Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad dressing, I use Walden Farms- no cals3 TBS Lemon Juice1 TBS dried Oregano1/2 tsp black pepper4 boneless chicken breasts
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Place Chicken in Marinade in plastic bag and seal and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 400 F as you like
4. Take chicken out, put on broiler, pour the remaining maridnade on the chicken.
5. Cook chicken until done ( I use 420 for 15 minutes a side or so depending on size).
6. Cool chicken for about 5 minutes and slice lenghwise.
7. Serve on grilled folded pitas with lettuce, onion, tomato, olilves and pepperoncini and feta cheese.
