Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
Mrs. Dash spices (to taste, I use ALOT)1 can artichoke hearts1 can stewed tomatoes, diced1 pound Bison4 green peppers, tops cut off and cleaned outBarilla Mushroom and Garlic Spegetti Sauce
Directions
preheat oven to 350

Mix stuffing ingredients (first four, dont cook bison yet)

remove tops from peppers and clean and rinse

stuff peppers

place peppers in 9x13 pyrex cake pan

top with spegetti sauce

bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until done

Serving Size: makes six peppers
