Rice flour, white, 1 cup 1/4 tsp Salt, .25 tsp 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp 1/2 tsp Vanilla Milk, 1%, 1 cup Sour Cream, 3 tbsp Egg, fresh, 3 jumbo
combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl or quart liquid measuring cup.
blend milk in to mixture until smooth. stir in sour cream, , vanilla and eggs last. mix until smooth.
prep skillet with cooking spray or butter of choice, pour batter on skillet on medium heat until dry looking around edges, flip and then place on plate. can be frozen with wax paper or parchment paper between.
Serving Size: 10 eight inch crepes.
