Turkey Salsibury Steak with Mushroom Onion Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 tsp dale's reduced sodium steak seasoning (if you can't find this outside of alabama try looking at wal-mart for a brand called moore's)1 tsp kitchen bouquet browning and seasoning sauce1 tsp colgin natural hickory liquid smoke1 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sacue 2 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepperPam, cooking sprayMushroom Gravy1/4 c sliced mushrooms1/4 c onion, chopped2 tbsp flour1 c beef brothsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
mix all ingredients (except gravy ingredients) and divide into 6 even sized patties. cook patties in cooking spray on medium heat until done. remove and set aside.

In same pan sautee mushrooms and onions until almost done, add flour stiring constantly, allow to cook 1-2 mins then slow stir in broth. contiue stirring until sauce is thickened.
