Low Cal Peanut Butter-Chocolate Pudding Layer Bars

Ingredients
1 cup crushed Reduced Fat Chips Ahoy Cookies1/3 cup melted butter or margarine4 oz light cream cheese (softened)1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter1/2 cup brown sugar1 tsp vanilla1 package of Jello sugar free/fat free chocolate pudding - prepare with nonfat milkCool Whip for topping
Directions
Combine crushed Chips Ahoy cookies with melted butter and press into 9x9 pan to form a crust. Bake at 350 degrees for about 13-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Meanwhile, prepare Jello chocolate pudding with nonfat milk according to package directions. Let set in refrigerator.

Combine cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla on medium speed mixer until well combined and fluffy.

When crust has cooled, spread cream cheese/peanut butter mixture. Then spread the chocolate pudding (give it a good stir before spreading it). Top with Cool Whip and chill in fridge until ready to serve.
If you want a more solid bar, chill in freezer until firm.

Slice into 16 bars and serve!
