Whole Wheat Low Fat Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 C. whole wheat flour1/4 C. all purpose flour1.5 tsp. baking powder1/8 tsp. salt.1 TBSP Honey 1 tsp. canola oil2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Directions
Combo dry ingredients in one bowl & wet in another, the fold in egg whites. spray cold griddle w/ nonstick spray . Four each cake, pur about 1/4 c of batter on griddle. Turn when bubbles and cook til brown. Serves 2-4
