Nacho Chicken (or Turkey) Casserole

Ingredients
9 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1.50 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 3.50 serving Canned, Green Giant Mexicorn (1 can = 3.5 serv.) 2 serving Aldi's Fit & Active Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 1/4 cup (28g/1 oz)/serving 2.50 serving Fit and Active Cream of Chicken Soup 1 cup Simply Nature Quick Cook Brown Rice (cooked)
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese. Transfer to casserole.

Cover and bake 1 hour. Top with cheddar cheese and bake another 10 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
