Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef, cooked & drained1 1/2 cup no salt added tomato sauce5 cups low sodium beef broth16 oz package frozen mixed vegetablesSalt & pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot over high heat. Cover and bring to a boil.

2. Lower heat and simmer 1 hour, or until vegetables are tender.

3. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve immediately.
