Pillsbury Cinnamon Apple Snack Cake

1. 1 pkg Pillsbury Cinnamon Swirl Bread & Coffee Cake Mix2. 1/2 cup Sour Cream (used Stop & Shop Fat Free Sour Cream)3. 1/3 cup water4. 2 eggs5. 1 cup of apple6. 1/2 cup chopped nuts (used walnuts)
1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease 8in or 9in square pan.
2. In a large bowl combine mix (large clear packet), sour cream, water, and eggs. Stir until blended then add half of mix to pan.
3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of apple, 1/4 cup of nuts, and 1/2 of swirl mix packet (small clear packet) of batter.
4. Spread remaining batter in pan.
5. Sprinkle remains nuts, swirl mix, and apples over top.
6. Bake 50-60 min (8inch) or 40 to 50 min (9inch) or until toothpick comes out clean at 350.
7. Cool in pan. Drizzle glaze packet over top. Serves 12.
