Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), .75 cup, strips Garlic, .5 tsp minced Mushrooms, canned, 1/4 cup French's Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Steak-Umm, 1 serving size Best Choice Fat Free Swiss Cheese, 1 slice Rotella’s Italian Whole Wheat Hoagies, 1/2 a roll is ONE serving. that is what I based the nutritional value on.
Spray no stick spray in a skillet. Cook the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until tender. add the mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce. at the Steak-Umm and cook until done. salt and pepper to taste. I spray a little bit of no calorie parkay butter spray on the inside of the Hoagie bun then top with 1 cheese slice. Place on a piece of foil and put in broiler or oven until the cheese melts and the bun is browned.
