Shrimp Cocktail for a Crowd

Ingredients
23 oz V8 Low Sodium (half a 46 oz bottle)32 oz Clamato1 oz El Pato Spicy Tomato Sauce (more or less)4 Large Cucumbers, peeled and diced1 Cup Raw Celery, diced1 Large Carrot (use a peeler to peel pieces into the bowl)2 Pounds of Medium sized shrimp, cooked, peeled, tails removed.
Directions
Makes about 8 (soup bowl sized) servings.

Mix everything in a very large bowl or stock pot, then serve!
