1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup white plain flour1 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 1/2 cups mashed bananas1/2 cup sugar1 large egg1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup apple sauce
Shift together all dry ingredients. Mash bananas in a separate bowl, add egg, apple sauce and vanilla. incorporate dry ingredients to the wet and mix well. Bake on 350 degree F. oven, middle rack for 15 to 20 minutes. Insert knife or toothpick in the center of muffin, if it comes out clean...they are done. Let them cool or enjoy warm.
