1 medium onion, diced2 slices center cut bacon, cooked & diced1/2 lb 97% lean ground beef1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped2 cups low sodium chicken broth1 (10 3/4 oz) can cheddar cheese soup1 tbsp steak sauce1/4 head of iceberg lettucedash black peper
1. In a large stockpot over medium heat, saute onion until golden brown; add beef. Continue cooking until beef is cooked through. Add remaining ingredients.
2. Turn heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
