PeanutButter Cup Pudding

Ingredients
2 cups skim milk2 tablespoons peanut butter1 small box sugarfree choclate pudding mix
Directions
Empty pudding into mixing bowl.
Put 1/2 cup milk and peanut butter into microwave safe bowl. Heat for at least 30-45 seconds until peanut butter is dissolves.
add milk/peanu tbutter mixtureand rest of milk to pudding mix. Whisk until pudding is well mixed. Chill until firm.

Note: If using chunky peanut butter, it is best to serve immediatley as peanuts will turn soggy. Caloires are based on smooth peanut butter.
