Ingredients
1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup cold water1 scoop vanilla protein isolate powder1 Tbsp No Sugar Added Apple Butter 2 Tbsp Sugar Free Caramel Torani Syrup 1/2 tsp apple pie spice2-3 Ice Cubes1 Tbsp cool whip free
Directions
1. Place first 7 ingredients in blender and pulse on high speed until well blended.

2. Pour into a tall glass, top with cool whip and a light sprinkle of apple pie spice.
