Basic Low Cal Lentil Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Red Split lentils, 250 gram(s)Carrots, raw, 100 grams Onions, raw, 100 grams *Knorr 8 Vegetable Stock 1 Cube, 3 cubesWater, tap, 1000 mL
Directions
Soak the lentils for 15 minutes while you peel and chop the carrots and onions.
Saute the carrots and onions, add the water and lentils, bring to the boil add the stock cubes then reduce to a simmer.
Simmer for 30 minutes. 10 minutes before the end you can blend for a smoother soup.
