Low Carb Crustless Quiche Lorraine Cups

Ingredients
4 large eggs, beaten4 tbsp half and half cream2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled1/4 c. shredded swiss cheese1 tsp onion powder1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray 4 muffin cups or small rameikins with cooking spray. Put 1/2 slice crumbled bacon and about 1 tbsp swiss cheese in each cup.
Combine eggs, onion poweder, pepper, and half and half in a small bowl. Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into each cup.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
