Thai Pork Salad Wraps

Cook pork until done, drain and set aside. Mix all ingrediants EXCEPT bib lettuce, in pan, heating through. Vegetables should be tender but firm. Spoon two spoonfuls of mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.
