Veggie Pasta

Ingredients
12 oz whole wheat penne pasta (or shaped pasta)1 c. diced tomatoes1 bunch spinach10 pepperoni slices2 chicken tenders1 c. brocolli
Directions
Cook pasta.

While pasta is cooking, brown galic. Add broccoli, pepperoni, and tomatoes. Stir occassionally until heated through

Place spinach in colander. When pasta is done, pour over spinach to wilt. Pour pasta, tomato mixture, and sliced chicken tenders into large bowl and toss. Add a bit of olive oil and salt and pepper as desired.
